You’ve worked diligently researching every option.  You’ve gone to experts and tried different therapies.  You’ve even contemplated or had surgery and medicating to alleviate the pain.

Unfortunately these remedies may have worked initially only for the pain and injury to return.  You’ve learned to live with pain . . . but you don’t have to!

Besides the obvious misalignments and muscular imbalances, pain and injuries are often life's stresses which have found a home and are living in your body.

"Healing Yoga Basics" is designed to guide you step-by-step thru the process of understanding stress, healing injuries and releasing pain.

In this six-class series you’ll learn how to breathe, move and use your body as well as address life's stresses and challenges so that you eliminate pain, heal injuries and become the whole and empowered person you want to be.

It is designed to make learning and practicing yoga an empowering, enjoyable and healing experience.

Six (6) Class Course

Registration by November 28 $180, Thereafter $210

  • classes begin lying down supported by the earth learning to breathe properly
  • classes build step by step, gradually and safely 
  • progressing class to class, adding new postures each class and taking a few away
  • clear and specific instruction
  • hands on adjustments so you know what the proper position is for your body
  • small class size (10 student limit)
  • registered students only - no drop ins
  • instructional handouts with each class for your review and home practice

You may tape record classes for your home or travel use or you may wish to order live digital recordings of class

What You Need To Bring:  1 yoga sticky mat and a medium size towel, water

please arrive 10 - 15 minutes prior to class time

You may register below with a credit card, or to pay by cash or check

Injuries:  I can work with injuries in group classes as long as you are reasonably mobile.  If you are not mobile then in order for me to work with you, you need Private Instruction.  If you are not sure where you fit, please call me at 970.336.2947.
