Yoga in Aspen, Colorado - "Healing Yoga Basics"

On this page you'll get an overview of the students I work with; their age range, common challenges, the type of mind set you need to be successful in fulfilling your objectives.

I work with students of all levels of understanding, health and fitness.  However, most enter with an awareness that they have a physical challenge.  They want to limber up, become stronger, more active and / or release aches, pains, heal injuries or release stress.  Others are seeking to go deeper in their practice.  Each person has a unique challenge.

My students come from all backgrounds.  Most are between 45 and 70 years old.

What they all have in common is the desire and openness to be a learner and a responsible participant in there overall wellness.  They know that no-one else can do it for them but need skilled guidance from a professional who has gone down the path before them.

Is This You?

You would like to learn a discipline or practice to incorporate in your life to maintain and improve your overall health, peace of mind and fitness levels.

You are currently practicing yoga but you are bored with repetitive classes and the same old sequence.  You are looking for the next step and to go deeper.  The love and passion you once had for your yoga practice may be waning.  You are experiencing diminishing returns.
